More about Tirisula Yoga!
Tirisula means Trident in Sanskrit.
The Trident represent the 3 Gunas (qualities) existing within us and nature!!
There 3 qualities are:
1) Sattvic (pure)
2) Rajasic (activity oriented)
3) Tamasic (dullness)
& The purpose is to transcend these 3 QUALITIES!!
Also, Tirisula Yoga is the longest, most consistent and reliable Yoga centre in Singapore.
