If you have not already know what Sand & Sky is, you have been missing out. It is a magical clay mask in PINK. Yes, pink! Very intriguing and pretty~

I’ve heard of Sand & Sky awhile back when my friend first purchased her first pink clay mask. It is the most raved and recommended clay mask! I remember there was once when I had a huge acne at the side of my nose and I was really depressed because there was an important video shoot the next day. I dropped by her house that night and she helped me to apply the Pink Clay Mask just on the affected area and asked me to try leaving it overnight.

The next morning, my acne has miraculously dried up and the swelling/redness had also subsided significantly! I was really amazed and I went online to grab a tub myself! Been a fan since then.

Just to clarify, the clay mask does not directly treat acnes but it does helps to draw out toxins, pollutants, and oils that clog up the pores.

Pore-fining Face Mask (Pink Clay Mask)

This mask basically helps in detoxing, brightening and tightening of pores in just 10 minutes!

Main hero ingredient deeply cleanses and purifies our skin. Organic Liquorice stimulates new cell production and tackles pigmentation clusters.

It has a pleasant scent.

If you have oily skin to combination skin like mine, it is advised to use 2-3 times a week for optimal results. For dry or sensitive skin, 2 times per week is advisable.

Direction of usage: apply mask with the face applicator brush or by hand after cleansing your face. Leave it on for 10 minute until it’s fully dry. Proceed to rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry and you are done!

Face mask comes with a brush applicator which is more convenient and hygienic to apply for an even coverage. It is also much faster to apply the mask this way! But please remember to wash your brush after application.

You might feel a tingling sensation which is really normal. This tingle means that the ingredients are actually working to tackle the impurities on your skin.

I highly recommend Sand & Sky clay mask because the content of it is 50% clay which drives a more effective skin result as compared to most clay masks that contain 10-15% clay!

Don’t panic if you experience a few spots after using the mask! This means sebum is being drawn to the skin surface to detoxify! If the spots are in the areas where you have enlarged pores/congestion, it is actually a purge which is a good thing!

After washing off the mask, my skin feels so clean and soft! My pores have smoothened out and are now less visible!

Makeup seems to be sitting on well after using the mask!

Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment

This is something which is new to me but I know the results would be equally good as the pink clay mask! Triple-action exfoliating + flash-mask helps to absorb oil and refine the pores.

If you have an annoying spot-prone complexion, this exfoliating treatment should work well on you! It helps eliminate shine and regulate oil production of the skin. Physical and chemical exfoliants team up to smoothen and resurface skin. Active ingredients like macadamia seed helps remove dry, dull skin cells for instant softness with a gorgeous glow!

Most exfoliating treatment would leave your skin dry and rough but this Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment contains ingredients like grapeseed, olive oil and rosehip to better nourish the skin and restore long-lost radiance. Did I also mention it is also rich in antioxidants? Yay!

It is recommended to exfoliate 1-3 times a week for optimal results for oily to combination skin while it is advisable to use 3 times per week for dry/sensitive skin type. Also, it is not advisable to use the Pore-fining Face Mask on the same day with the exfoliating treatment. I’m using it on alternate days and I’d recommend you guys to do the same.

Direction of usage: cleanse face before applying the exfoliating treatment. Apply to moist skin and massage for 30 seconds, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm water after leaving it on for 5 minutes and you are done!
