Today, I’m going share my personal review on a set of products from Medi-esthe which I’m sure you will love it! These are the must-have products for skincare lovers.

If you don’t already know, Medi-esthe is the most reliable skincare brand in Singapore. Medi-esthe focuses on developing medical science-based skincare to address our skin concerns such as aging, pigmentation, acne and dehydration!

I’ve been using this set of Hydra-Quench Series for almost 2 weeks before and during Chinese New Year to prep and keep my skin constantly nourished and plumped for a youthful looking complexion. As you know bad dehydrated skin may cause many unwanted skin issues such as itchy, flaky skin..

The weather in Singapore has been extra humid in January, thus it is extremely important to ensure our skin is well-hydrated and protected against the weather and harmful UVA/UVB rays. And our skin is especially exposed to the sun frequently during CNY house visiting.

The star products in this Hydra-Quench Series will be the Pure Hyaluronic Serum and Aqua UV Day Cream (Tinted) SPF 50+/PA++++ which both have newly improved formula!

I’m using these products together with other products in the range to complete my daily skincare regime.

Having said that, let me run through with you my skincare regimen with the Hydra-Quench Series.

1) HYDRA-QUENCH SERIES – MOIST CLEANSING GEL

I love this cleansing gel because it is so gentle on the skin yet hydrating. Since the texture is mild, it is suitable for sensitive skin.

The cleanser is formulated with active botanical-based ingredients include Chamomilla Flower Extract and Hedera Helix (Ivy) Extract which both helps to hydrate and soften skin texture. Most importantly, it helps to cleanse thoroughly without stripping the skin’s natural oil, maintaining the overall skin health. This cleanser is best suited for dry and dehydration skin.

Love the light natural floral fragrance that lingers on after washing my face~

2) HYDRA-QUENCH SERIES – HYDRA BOOSTER

Formulated with powerful antioxidant Green Tea extract and Aloe Vera extract, this ultra-hydrating, triple-action toner has antioxidants properties to help protect and soothe skin.

Green Tea extract is known for protection the skin from damaging effect of free radicals while Aloe Vera extract helps soothe temporary skin irritation.

The best part about this toner is that it is also a soothing mist and makeup setting spray!

I have a bottle at home and another in the office! Super handy I love it! Hydrating the skin with a nice hint of floral scent.

3) HYDRA-QUENCH SERIES – PURE HYALURONIC SERUM (star product*)

Next up, my favourite product in this series! Highly recommended with newly improved formula!

The Pure Hyaluronic Serum is formulated without parabens. It helps to intensively boost skin moisture level; hydrate dehydrated skin, creating brightened, plump and firmed up complexion.

What is so precious in this serum is that it contains Hyaluronic Acid – a super water booster that restores skin hydration, lock in moisture and prevent transepidermal (water loss from skin).

If you do not know, Hyaluronic Acid helps to lock-in moisture within skin to improve smoothness and softness. This is the reason why products containing Hyaluronic Acid is highly sought after by both genders! 😊 Who doesn’t want a youthful radiant looking complexion?! Definitely not me HAHA!

Do you know, injecting dermal fillers means injecting Hyaluronic Acid? The serum helps to achieve similar results if you are not a fan of facial aesthetics.

The texture of the serum is everything that I love!! I genuinely love that the absorption is quick, and my skin feels matte, yet hydrated.

It is ideal as a post-laser serum. As you guys know, I do q-switch laser monthly. This fragrance-free serum is perfect for me!

I usually apply over my face and neck after cleansing and toning before bed and before putting on my makeup/sunblock.

4) AQUA UV DAY CREAM (TINTED) SPF50+/PA+++ (star product*)

Another important product in my daily skin regime!! This is not from the Hydra-Quench Series but this is a product I can’t do without now!

With the new improved formulation, I love that the sunscreen is lightweight and non-greasy at all.

This Aqua UV Day Cream is slight tinted with Sun Protection Factor of 50+ and High UVA Protection (PA++++)

It is important to apply sunblock daily to protect our skin the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays, which come in two forms – UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are most associated with skin aging; these beams cause fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots that make skin look prematurely older! How scary…

GOOD NEWS! The Aqua UV Day Cream (Tinted) SPF50+/PA++++ comes with dual UV-protection function to protect skin from both UVA and UVB rays!!

The tinted sunscreen contains encapsulated microbeads that expresses color upon contact, giving skin a natural tinted coverage with skin-perfecting glow!

It has moisturizing texture that allows a smooth and flawless glide, ideal for daily use.
