Sigh, it's a really stressful period for me...

Gotta do my daily sales to hit target, team target etc. Gotta plan my wedding concurrently too! 

Did not hire a wedding planner because I thought I could handle it well. Not much to plan before wedding, that's what I've thought. And I was so wrong HAHA.

But well, I think I almost got it all settled.

1) pre wedding shoot (photographer, wedding gown and MUA settled)

2) wedding gown settled, fitting on 29 May

3) suit rental settled

4) got my dior heels for wedding hehehhehe hahaha! I really wanted it altho I know when the gown is down, can't see my heels at all lol.

5) floral decor for car and bridal bouquet settled

6) solemnization decor settled

7) stage decor and march-in aisle decor settled

8) actual day photographer and videographer settled

9) phototaking booth at reception settled

10) wedding band settled

11) actual day MUA settled

12) actual day gown settled

I'm so excited to visit BOTTOM SLIM for their signature SlimLit treatment and it's my first time ever!

With my current lifestyle of sleeping late at night, snacking & drinking, it's no doubt that I have problems like constant water retention and stubborn fats. I'm especially concern with my fat arms :(

I dare not wear sleeveless without a cardigan/jacket too much.

It may not be a big deal but it is definitely something that I'm conscious about.

I'm no longer as skinny as I was previously, aging definitely plays a big part too - slower metabolism rate. (and to be honest, I'm too lazy and busy to exercise hahaha)

SlimLit

It consists 4 types of different treatments to effectively target affected areas. For my case, it would be my arms.

First treatment: 50K machine to help break down the inner layer fats + firming of my arms. Treatment took 20 mins. Apple told me that she has mixed different products together with the cooling Nano firming gel onto my arms, and using the 50K machine to rub around it. (10 mins on each side of my arms)

The interesting part is you are able to hear a rather loud ringing sound whenever the machine goes to the area that has more accumulated fats/toxins & gradually decreasing as you go.

Note: Both my arms were really really cold after the 50K treatment but it's normal, the cooling nano firming cream is taking it's effect to firm and burn fats :)

It's a little different this time round, so read on! ^^

PDO Thread Lift is definitely well-recognized as the latest & safest procedure when it comes to non-invasive treatment.
The more popular thread lifts includes nose thread lift, face thread lift and brows but I bet many of you have not heard of eye thread lift!
Neither do I!

Visited celebrity clinic, The Clifford Clinic a month back and I was explaining my concerns to Dr Gerard Ee about my sunken tired-looking + bad dark-eye-circles! Argh I have to admit that I have a really bad habit to sleep late at night and aging isn't helping. I should have learnt! But it's too late for me, no way to reverse time..
Initially, I thought that Dr Ee would have recommended me to do undereye fillers to plump up the area as it is a very common procedure to help with dark eye circles. I was pretty taken aback when he mentioned "Eye Thread Lift" instead!

Never knew thread lift could be used on the under eyes too!

I've always trusted Dr Ee's advises so I'm open to trying new procedure that may have better results.
He patiently explained the benefits of doing eye thread lifts as compared to undereye fillers.

Thread lifts generally help stimulate collagen production for a more youthful-looking appearance. In addition, the threads help eliminate wrinkles and lines for an overall smoother appearance.

Fillers are good to fill up the hollowness of the sunken undereye however there might be risk of lumpiness and bruising at the injected area if injected incorrectly. It is important to get yourself a skillful doctor for fillers procedure.

Eye Thread Lift procedure uses dissolvable threads as a double action effect to reposition the tissue and gradual regeneration of collagen.  These threads would be fully dissolved hence there is no need to remove them. The lifting effect is immediate as the threads are placed in the fat layer beneath the undereye where lifting is required.

The main reason why Dr Gerard Ee recommends thread lifts over filler is because it is safer and more cost-effective! 

I look so dead tired without my undereye concealer :(

Yeah it was this bad..

It's equally bad even under dim lights. Oh no...

Here we go after 20 minutes of numbing cream on!
Similar as nose thread lift, you will feel something during the local anesthesia injections.
I had 2 jabs on each sides on the eyes. Pain level: 7/10
Yeap it is painful but no pain no gain so I endured well haha.

Doctor Ee placed 10 eye threads on each sides of my undereye.

It depends on the lift you desire! Dr Ee is highly trained and experience to know how many threads were needed to be placed under my eyes to achieve the desired look!

It's not painful when the threads are inserted after injecting the local anesthesia.
Just a slight uncomfortable feeling, frankly speaking.

Entire procedure lasted only about 15 minutes (excluding numbing)
It was quick and I recalled chatting with Dr Ee throughout the procedure haha :)

He would check on me time to time and ask if it's too painful for me and I'm so thankful!

The very next day of the eye thread lift procedure.
Slight discomfort, but there's no bruising/infection which was awesome!
I can easily cover the injection marks with concealer.

This is near 1 month later! NO MAKEUP before bed after masking!
Can you see the drastic difference! I don't look tired anymore!

There's no need for thick makeup to conceal my hollow/tired eyes anymore!

I'm really happy with the end results! Thank you so much Dr Ee and The Clifford Clinic!

 Finally an update and my personal review to Tokyo Bust Express for Bust Treatment!

I just wanna say this before you proceed reading the rest: Don't be afraid, don't need to feel embarrassed or care about other people's opinion. Just do what makes you happy and do what is right for you own self-confidence and well-being.

I love myself and I love my body, I chose to go to Tokyo Bust Express for Bust Treatment because I believe it would definitely help on improving blood circulation and we all know that having good blood circulation is extremely important.
Also opted for the Firming Treatment!

I'm not afraid to share this but I ever went to the hospital to do a check because I felt a harder lump in there, turns out it's just accumulated fats so I'm fine don't worry haha.
BUT IT WAS REALLY REALLY SCARY.. and I remembered I felt so much like crying. Thank god it was nothing but a false alarm. After that incident, I knew blood circulation is really important to our body. Of course, not only the bust area but the rest of the body as well - that's why it's good to go for massage sessions frequently if you can :)

As if speaking to a friend to let them know my main concerns.

She had explained to me that there will definitely be toxins accumulated in our lymphatic nodes inevitably as we age.
I do have extra fats around my armpit area and those are the accumulated toxins. I was shocked upon knowing facts like this. There are no good for us and they look hideous too, oh good lord! Can't wait to get rid of them.. :(

All done! Changed back up but pardon my hair for being a little messy after the treatment hahaha.

The treatment took about 1-2 hours including consultation. So do remember to set aside 2 hours for your monthly treatments.
The room was cozy, I feel very comfortable with my therapist throughout the bust treatment.
To be honest, I did experienced some discomfort. During the ust treatment, therapist will be massaging our lymphatic nodes within the bust and you all should know how massage works!
Yes it can be painful but it's bearable, and I knew that it's all for my own good.
You may voice out and inform her that it's too painful for you.

After each treatment, I can genuinely feel the differences!
My lymphatic nodes are no longer swollen nor as painful as before.
I feel great in total and the firming of the bust is also visible after each sessions!
But of course, we have to be consistent with our monthly treatments to see optimal results :)
